How do I get started with HMS?
Simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 308 9777003. We will create your company account and send you your Company Admin login the same day. No technical knowledge or server setup is required on your end.
Do I need to install anything on my server?
No. HMS is fully cloud-hosted on our servers. You only need a browser to access and manage everything. There is nothing to install, configure, or maintain on your side.
Can I manage multiple NAS devices from one account?
Yes. You can add as many NAS or MikroTik devices as you need. Organise them into groups by area or camp, and assign each group to a specific manager. There is no hard limit on the number of devices.
How do managers access the system?
As Company Admin you create manager accounts yourself. Each manager gets their own username and password to log in. They will only see the NAS devices and vouchers assigned to them — nothing from other managers.
What happens when a voucher expires?
Expired vouchers are clearly marked in the dashboard. The customer loses access automatically. Managers can delete expired vouchers in bulk with one click to keep things clean.
Can I set different speeds for different vouchers?
Yes. Each voucher batch can have its own speed limit. For example you can create a 2Mbps batch and a 5Mbps batch and distribute them separately. Speed is enforced at the NAS device level automatically.
How do I print voucher cards for customers?
HMS has a built-in voucher printing feature. After generating a batch, you can print voucher cards directly from the browser — each card includes the username, password, and a QR code for easy login.
Can a manager see other managers' vouchers?
No. Managers are strictly isolated. Each manager can only see and manage the vouchers and NAS devices assigned to them by the Company Admin. There is no crossover between managers.
What devices work with HMS?
HMS works with MikroTik routers and any standard NAS device that supports RADIUS authentication. Most Cisco and other enterprise routers are also compatible.
Is my data safe and backed up?
Yes. Your data is stored securely on our servers. We perform regular backups. Your vouchers, manager accounts, and NAS configurations are always protected.
How many users can be online at the same time?
There is no limit enforced by HMS. The number of concurrent users depends on the capacity of your NAS devices and internet connection. We currently support over 19,000 concurrent users across all our ISP clients.
Can I bind a voucher to a specific device?
Yes. HMS supports MAC binding. You can bind a voucher to a specific device so only that device can use it. If a customer changes their device you can unbind and rebind from the voucher panel in seconds.
What if a customer loses their voucher?
Managers can search for any voucher by username, batch, camp, or MAC address. Once found, they can view the credentials, reset the voucher, or disable it to prevent misuse.
How do I disconnect a user remotely?
From the voucher management panel, search for the user and click Disconnect. The session is terminated immediately on the NAS device. No need to access the router directly.
Is there a mobile-friendly version?
Yes. HMS is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. Managers in the field can log in from their phone to check stats, find vouchers, or disconnect a user — without needing a laptop.
